If you have heard of Orwak (Orwak Easi UK Ltd) then you will have probably heard of our competitors like HSM, LSM, Pakawaste and many more but we believe we bring more to the table and offer a better overall experience for our customers.

We all sell recycling equipment and specialise in balers and compactors and work towards the same goal; helping customers manage their waste and maximise their recycling abilities. So we are always working on and looking at ways to show you, the customer, why you should chose us.

1 - We Have 50 Years Of Experience

Orwak has been well established for over 50 years. We have been world leaders for a long time. Only growing stronger and stronger over time.

Our balers have also stood the test of time. The original 5030 is still one of our most popular machines with its original design. The first ever 5030 is still in action over 50 years later.

2 - We Are Independently Reviewed - FEEFO

We use an independent reviewing company so that you know what other customers think. Good, bad or ugly you can see for yourself.

We pride ourselves on offering a good service from the start of the process to the end of your contract and we help wherever we can.

Now, it doesn’t always go to plan, we are human after all, but we don’t influence the reviews we receive and use any feedback as a learning tool.

3 - Our Advice Is Free

Our advice is FREE.

We have always offered FREE no-obligation waste audits to assess your waste. It’s nothing new. But we don’t pressure customers into buying. We look at what would suit your needs, your budget and requirements (as everyone is different) and then we let you know if we can help. Sometimes we can’t and we will tell you if we think you are doing great already.

Most of the time we are able to save customers up to 80% of their waste costs. In some cases we even make the customer money.

4 - Training Is Included

Training is included on delivery.Orwak training

This isn’t always a given but, if we are delivering a machine, we will also train your staff on it. And our customers can request training at any time (some charges may apply if you own the machine).

We can even train a member of staff to train more of your staff.

It is important that we offer this service so that our customers get the most out of their baler, it is used correctly to minimise damage and that your staff know how to use it safely.

More recently we have found it helpful if the customer films the training so they can refer back to it if needed.

5 - We Sell New And Used Machines

We don’t limit you to brand new machines. We have a full range of new and fully refurbished balers (ex rental balers). And here is the secret – they are not all Orwak balers either.

Whilst we prefer to sell you a new Orwak machine we realise it is not always the best solution for you at the time. Therefore, we can offer alternatives that are more suitable.

We do this so we can offer the best solution for our customers and we have an excellent refurbishment department so you can be assured that any refurbished machine leaves looking almost new.

6 - We Have Dedicated Departments

We also have dedicated consumables and service departments.

This means that when you get low on the strapping or wire for your baler you can give us a quick call and get what you need asap.

It also means that you can get advice on what you need, get the best deals and talk to Glenda – who loves a good natter. Or shop online here>>

The service department also means that if you have any problems with your baler we have plenty of service engineers across the UK to respond and fix your machine as soon as possible.

We have also been known to fix balers over the phone if the problem is minor. This is on-going support and we are always happy to help if we can.

7 - We Have Extra Perks

There are also a few hidden perks that we don’t always shout about but are a good reason to think about choosing Orwak Easi UK Ltd over the other companies.

For example, as a rental customer you will pay the same amount for the period of your contract. There are no hidden price rises and/or annual increases that you need to be aware or anything hidden in the terms and conditions. We think that’s important.

Also, if you find that your machine is too small for the job or you see an increase in demand, we are more than happy for you to upgrade within your contract. Why wouldn’t we? We need the solution to work for our customer and not just for us.

8 - We Also Sell Bins and Waste Containers

We also sell bins and waste containers thanks to our new parent company SULO.  We have a full range of bins,waste containers and underground refuse systems available in the UK.

These can be sold independently to the baler side of things or to complement a full recycling system. The possibilities are endless.
