However, after renting some ORWAK machinery from a machine reseller for a long time, they decided to come straight to the manufacturer for a quote to purchase the units outright – their processes are tried and tested so were able to confidently make an informed decision to buy rather than rent!
The Solution
The Orwak 3800 was a like for like replacement for the Orwak 3820 Power Baler (the 20-year newer updated version) but for the old 8020 Twin baler, we changed the applicable! They were using both chambers for the same material, so a double chamber machine was no longer needed! We opted for the Orwak 3150 Compact baler, this single-phase baler that really packs a punch and achieves the same bale weights are the previous three phase machine they were using, so they are going to achieve the same result with less power consumption as well as benefit from the smaller footprint of the new application as well!
