Before Orwak Easi UK Ltd rocked up to help, Bidfood were already baling, the concept wasn’t the problem. Their old baler was slow, produced much smaller bales and took a lot of effort to use.

We hear it all the time and when you calculate the extra time it takes to operate and remove the smaller bales the costs add up.

However, that isn’t the case any longer.

We installed an Orwak Power 3820 to deal with their issues.

They now produce millsize bales which maximise rebate potential and it takes much less time to create bales saving them man hours.

Operations Manager, Paul said about their new baler that “The 3820 is 60% faster than the other baler which will be replaced once it’s done, the bales are huge at 500kg. Plus, we get much better recycling rebates with less transport costs too.”
